Job Summary
Supporting social media publishing and bilingual content adaptation, the part-time Bilingual Social Media Consultant will manage content execution for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences while working remotely and collaborating with the Content Director and creative team.
Key responsibilities
- Publish and schedule approved content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign content schedules
- Draft and adapt captions and post copy for both English and Spanish, maintaining cultural relevance and audience engagement
- Monitor community engagement and digital trends, providing insights and light bilingual community engagement support as needed
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital organizing, or content support
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English, with strong writing and editing skills in both languages
- Demonstrated experience creating, translating, or adapting content for Latino and Spanish-speaking audiences
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and online trends
- Strong cultural competency and nuanced understanding of Latino and Spanish-speaking communities in the U.S
