Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Triaging incoming referrals for members with social needs and providing operational and administrative support
• Connecting members to community services and ensuring they receive appropriate support
• Providing inbound call support for members needing social services assistance

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in both English and Spanish or in both English and Haitian-Creole
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proficient in technology and able to work with various tools
• A history of being organized with high attention to detail
• 3+ years in a customer or patient-serving role, with social services experience preferred
