Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming referrals and schedule clinical visits for prospective patients
  • Handle outreach and inbound calls to enroll patients and coordinate clinician schedules
  • Prepare reports and correspond with payor clients regarding patient engagement
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School Education or GED preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant scheduling experience
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Experience within the specific department area preferred
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information
