Bilingual Spanish Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze legal issues and risks for the organization
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Research and monitor relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission to any state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional setting
• Experience drafting contracts, agreements, and legal memos
• Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, employment law, and international business law
