Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Broker Agent Service Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Agent Onboard application contracts, ensuring all necessary information is provided and eligibility is met
• Analyze submitted material for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
• Monitor day-to-day activity, provide relevant information to agents and stakeholders, and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Insurance contracting background and data analytics experience
• Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year of experience in a production or analyst role
• Proficiency in using multiple computer programs simultaneously and MS Outlook for calendar management
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual (Spanish), customer care experience in healthcare industry, and knowledge of insurance industry
