Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize computer software applications effectively while maintaining a professional phone presence
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
  • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Residents of Florida or Texas preferred for the position
