Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone inquiries from the public and provide customer service
• Handle a large volume of calls, taking complaints and service requests
• Enter inquiries, complaints, and requests into appropriate computer systems

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to work mandatory shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Familiarity with computer systems and data entry
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
