Job Summary

To support its significant growth, the full-time remote Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information on commercial health plan benefits, eligibility, and claims, and deliver exceptional customer service to members and providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Research, review, and respond to inquiries from members and providers while managing escalations effectively
  • Document all calls accurately and recognize trends in call types to engage leadership with suggested solutions
  • Assist members in navigating the member portal and encourage self-sufficiency with available tools
Required qualifications
  • At least two years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology including CPT/ICD-10, HCPCS, and Revenue Codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and prior experience using a CRM, preferably SalesForce
  • Must reside in the CST or EST time zone within the United States
