Job Summary

Providing essential customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries and enrollment requests for the NJ Family Care Program while working remotely and receiving paid training and equipment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service quality monitoring
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
