Job Summary
To support its significant growth, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information on commercial health plan benefits and claims, and deliver exceptional customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Research and respond to inquiries from members and providers while documenting all calls accurately
- Manage escalations and coordinate problem-solving with internal departments and external partners
- Assist members in navigating the member portal and encourage self-sufficiency with available tools
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience supporting a commercial health plan
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Knowledge of medical and insurance industry terminology, including CPT/ICD-10 and HCPCS codes
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment with a dedicated workspace and secure internet connection
