Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of patients' treatment plans through direct communication and administrative tasks
• Build trust with patients and prioritize their experience in navigating MSK care
• Collaborate with external office staff and clinical team members

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience using multiple digital tools for record keeping and patient care
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fully remote or hybrid work environment
• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
