Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Care Management Support Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete Health Risk Assessments with Special Needs Population members via inbound or outbound calls
  • Navigate multiple computer systems, programs, and applications to provide support and resources to members and their families
  • Ensure quality-based calling and documentation that meets CMS requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 1 year or more of call center/high volume call experience
  • 1 year or more of administration support experience in the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with care and well-being resources
  • Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English
