Role: Spanish/Catalan Outbound Customer Care (Part-Time, Remote) Hours: 20/week (Monday to Friday, see schedule below) Pay: 15/hour + performance bonuses Location: 100% Remote Apply by: September 1, 2025
What You'll Do Outbound lead generation & pre-sales
Cold calling homeowners renting their properties
Prequalify and qualify leads to ensure fit with the client
Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers
Maintain and update CRM/database records (Aircall, Pipedrive preferred)
Build relationships and address homeowner concerns
Participate in KPI monitoring and performance reviews
Schedule (CET) Mon & Wed: 15:30 19:30
Tue: 10:30 13:30
Thu: 10:30 13:30 & 15:30 19:00
Fri: 10:30 13:00
What You Bring 2+ years outbound call center experience (hospitality a plus)
Cold calling/SDR experience
Catalan fluent, strong English skills
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Lead prequalification & qualification experience
CRM/database management proficiency
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Degree preferred
Strong computer literacy
Technical Setup Required Wired USB headset, LAN connection
Broadband 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload
Processor 1.8GHz+, 8GB RAM+, Windows 11+ / MacOS 13+
