Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communications through SMS, email, and website chat, while adhering to company policies and HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience required
• Consistent positive and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong de-escalation skills
• Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
