Bilingual Spanish Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

To support high-quality clinical engagement, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Clinical Specialist will conduct telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination remotely, focusing on medication adherence and patient engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Independently conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Stars Adherence initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Perform proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and program participation
• Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required; state license where applicable
• 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to address inquiries and support medication-related processes required
