Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spanish Collections Associate to assist customers with payment issues and create manageable repayment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to arrange account updates and resolve outstanding balances while adhering to internal policies and regulations
• Build rapport with customers and collaborate to develop realistic solutions for bringing accounts current
• Investigate and track consumer information, maintaining accurate documentation of all customer interactions and collection efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in collections, call center, or sales
• Bilingual candidates must pass a bilingual assessment (English/Spanish) if applicable
• 2+ years of experience in collections, call center, or sales is preferred
