Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Supervisor for their Contact Center.

- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the Care Center
- Act as a mentor and role model to frontline staff, providing tools and training to meet service goals
- Facilitate communication between frontline staff, other Care Center functions, and leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
- Experience in a contact center environment or in a lead position within the department
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex scenarios
