Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Supervisor for their Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and administrative functions of the Care Center
  • Act as a mentor and role model to frontline staff, providing tools and training to meet service goals
  • Facilitate communication between frontline staff, other Care Center functions, and leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Experience in a contact center environment or in a lead position within the department
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Proficient in time management and prioritization
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex scenarios
