A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Credentialed Tax Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert tax advice and resolve customer inquiries through virtual customer interactions
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and instill confidence in tax preparation
• Utilize resources and expertise to provide accurate and timely tax advice and preparation assistance

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted credential as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Possession of or ability to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken)
• Active PTIN required
