Job Summary

Bilingual Spanish Customer Service, this full-time temporary position involves providing professional and timely responses to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish while supporting the Project Support Team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer concerns and inquiries in English and Spanish
  • Research and address customer questions effectively
  • Collaborate with the Project Support Team to ensure exceptional service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a call center environment for an 8-hour shift
