Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish Customer Service, this full-time temporary position involves providing professional and timely responses to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish while supporting the Project Support Team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer concerns and inquiries in English and Spanish
- Research and address customer questions effectively

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a call center environment for an 8-hour shift
