Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to healthcare callers, the full-time remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will handle inbound inquiries related to coverage, plan information, and account updates while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and create a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plan services and assist with account-related updates
- Document all interactions thoroughly and de-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in healthcare call center or related customer service roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
