Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to callers, the full-time remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will assist with healthcare-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience while handling questions about coverage, plan information, and account updates.
Key responsibilities
- Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and create a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plan services, eligibility, and member materials
- Document all interactions thoroughly and maintain compliance with privacy standards and established processes
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare call center or related customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
