Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
  • Follow up with customers through various communication methods to ensure resolution of appliance-related concerns
  • Coordinate with internal departments to advocate for customers and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
  • Previous experience working from home is preferred
