Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated customer service issues in both English and Spanish
- Follow up with customers through various communication methods to ensure resolution of appliance-related concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments to advocate for customers and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
- Previous experience working from home is preferred
