Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls from bank partners, merchants, and cardholders, answering questions and resolving issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of customer-facing experience in Financial Services or Technology support
  • Experience in a call center or remote office environment
  • Quiet and secure working environment with reliable internet connection
