Job Summary
To support a fast-paced inbound call center, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Coordinator will manage customer billing inquiries, provide resolutions to service-related issues, and navigate healthcare technology databases while working remotely during day shifts from Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer billing requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate explanations of account balances
- Research and resolve customer service-related issues while maintaining compliance with billing and collection guidelines
- Interact with patients, families, employers, and insurance contacts, documenting calls in the Customer Service Call Tracking System
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center or healthcare experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, and CPT codes
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Successful completion of a Spanish language assessment prior to job offer
