Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Rep will manage outbound communications with military veterans and service members, addressing their inquiries and keeping them informed about their case statuses while adhering to a set schedule of either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and emails to veterans and service members, providing clear and empathetic communication regarding their cases
• Investigate and analyze cases to address concerns and find appropriate solutions
• Update the Office Management System with relevant information and maintain detailed communication records

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Must be able to work a set schedule of either Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday evenings
