Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on program requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of call center environment and quality monitoring processes
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Not applicable for candidates from specific states and metro areas
