Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Provide telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, documenting requests and status changes
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information based on program requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
