• Enter application information into a web-based system and maintain proficiency in program policies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of call center operations and customer service
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
• Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
• Background and drug screening required
