Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
• Provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
• Accurately document enrollment requests and maintain proficiency in program policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
• Internet speed test completion with minimum requirements
• Background and drug screening required
