Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish Only) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales and support interactions via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and managing orders
• Document issues and take appropriate actions to resolve inquiries related to order entry, billing, and customer applications
• Perform proactive follow-up communications and process orders as needed to meet client requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution preferred
