Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) to provide support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle service and delivery inquiries, resolving concerns for customers and sales associates
• Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting inquiries related to orders and billing
• Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications and process orders as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a flexible schedule
