• Document enrollment requests and provide telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries
• Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to customers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of call center operations and customer service roles
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals
• Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
• Background and drug screening required
