Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries and enrollment requests for the NJ Family Care Program while working remotely and participating in paid training.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide clear information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
- Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
- Background and drug screening required
