Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries, document enrollment requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while enjoying a positive employee-friendly culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
• Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
• Provide clear and objective information based on program requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
• Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
• Background and drug screening required
