Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will assist NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations by managing inquiries, documenting enrollment requests, and maintaining proficiency in program policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers applying over the telephone
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Internet speed test completion meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
