Providing exceptional service, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations, ensuring accurate documentation and support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
- Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear information based on program requirements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
- Background and drug screening required
