Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for NJ Family Care inquiries, document enrollment requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
- Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers applying over the phone
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Internet speed test completion meeting minimum requirements
- Background and drug screening required
