Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to program guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
• Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately
• Maintain proficiency in technical and program policies to provide objective information

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of call center operations and quality monitoring processes
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
• Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
• Background and drug screening required
