Job Summary

Providing essential support to NJ Family Care beneficiaries, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries, document enrollment requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers applying over the phone
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Internet speed test completion meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
