Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, assisting applicants and beneficiaries remotely while documenting requests and maintaining program proficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of call center operations and customer service quality monitoring
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Successful completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
