Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote environment, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, assist applicants and beneficiaries over the phone, and accurately document enrollment requests and status changes.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Completion of an internet speed test meeting specified requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
