Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations, ensuring accurate documentation and information delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and complaints accurately in a web-based system
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear, accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Must complete an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
