Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, working remotely while managing enrollment requests and maintaining program proficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for potential and existing beneficiaries, addressing inquiries and providing information about the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances accurately while entering information into a web-based system
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of program policies and guidelines to deliver clear and accurate information to customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
