Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations, document enrollment requests, and maintain proficiency in program policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances accurately
  • Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of call center environments and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Completion of an internet speed test meeting minimum requirements
  • Background and drug screening required
