Job Summary
Seeking Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives for a full-time remote position, who will manage inbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, providing accurate information and support to both members and providers while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively listen to callers, understand their concerns, and build rapport to create a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate information on healthcare plan services, eligibility, benefits, and account-related updates
- Document all interactions thoroughly and maintain compliance with privacy standards and established processes
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare call center or related customer service role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
