Required qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare call center or related customer service role is preferred
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
