Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, working remotely while managing enrollment requests and maintaining program policy proficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances accurately in a web-based system
- Deliver clear and objective information based on a thorough understanding of program requirements
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Internet speed test completion meeting minimum requirements
- Background and drug screening required
