Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, working remotely and engaging with applicants and beneficiaries while documenting requests and maintaining program proficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing NJ Family Care beneficiaries
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately
  • Provide clear and objective information regarding program requirements based on established guidelines
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Internet speed test completion with minimum requirements met
  • Background and drug screening required
