Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative who will manage incoming calls from New York City residents, providing assistance with city services, addressing inquiries, and documenting concerns with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and create a positive customer experience
• Address inquiries related to city services and document resident complaints accurately
• Provide timely and professional information while routing requests to the appropriate departments

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate degree with 1 year of experience
• Bilingual in Spanish with strong English language skills
• High level of computer proficiency
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Must reside in the state of Pennsylvania
