Job Summary

Supporting customers remotely, the full-time Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will manage inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, providing accurate information and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests and provide one-to-one telephone support to applicants and beneficiaries
  • Maintain proficiency in program policies and accurately enter application information into a web-based system
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote workspace
  • Background and drug screening required
